It starts with a conversation. Within hours of hearing from you, we'll set up a call. We want to hear how you're imagining then day from start to finish. From there, we'll put together a proposal that fits what you're actually planning. No pressure. Just two people who want to make sure we're the right fit.

Once you've signed on, the real work begins and we do it together. You'll receive our Keepsake Experience planner and we'll start building your timeline from day one. Not two weeks before your wedding. From the beginning. A couple who knows what their day looks like can actually be present. We'll refine it together over the coming months until every detail is exactly right.
Includes (but not limited to):
- Your Keepsake Experience planner to record and share all of your key planning notes (This is the basis for us to plan your timeline.)
- Consistent communication throughout
- Site visits to venues
- Coaching tips for relaxing and posing
- Personalized music selection & licensing services for films
- Timeline guidances & design for sessions
One month out, two weeks out, one week out - we're with you the whole way. The closer we get, the simpler it becomes. Final updates. Timeline locked. And then, one week before your wedding and no logistics. It's just a note to let you know we're ready and can't wait. On the morning of your wedding, you'll get one simple text. "We're on the way."
Includes (but not limited to):
- Minimum one photographer and one cinematographer (With prior approval, additional team members may be added depending on the scope.)
- Special filmed messages from the Bride & Groom, parents, and up to two other special guests (Offered as an additional option in select collections.)
- Your time to relax, be in the moment, and forget we are there.
When your gallery arrives, you'll see your day the way we saw it. It's not just the portraits, but also the quiet things and the moment between the moments. Both in images and film, from one team with one vision, it's there for you. Everything feels like it belongs together because it does. These are the keepsakes for life.

- Password protected site for previewing films
- Social media appropriate images and films
- Follow up consultation for ordering
- Delivery options - USB in custom box, albums, prints, wall art, & downloads
